Why should I make a Will?

Without a Will your estate will be distributed according to a formula contained in the Administration and Probate Act 1958, which ultimately means you have no say in how your estate is being divided. By making a Will your intentions and desires are recorded. At Forrest Legal, we take time to discuss your circumstances and we will prepare your Will in accordance with your wishes.

Anyone over the age of 18 who would like their assets to be distributed in accordance with their wishes should make a Will.

I have a Will – how can I update it?

If you have an existing Will we can assist you in reviewing it to ensure it’s up to date and adequately reflects your wishes. This is particularly important if your circumstances have changed since you last made that Will.
